At this glorious event, the crowds travel three miles through Sacramento city streets, praying the Rosary and concluding at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament with a Solemn Mass and May Crowning of the Virgin statue. I have attended this beautiful, reverent event twice and it is wonderful to see the reaction of on-lookers as we process through the downtown area. Also a lovely Mass with confession available by the wonderful St Stephen priests.

It is a beautiful event - something in which the whole family can easily - and joyfully - participate, and to have a Solemn High Latin Mass in the Extraordianry Rite in our beautiful Cathedral is a great grace and blessing! Can't wait!
